What is M.A.O & Co.?

M.A.O & Co. is a West African multidisciplinary company headquartered in Lomé, Togo. We specialize in solar energy systems, turnkey engineering projects, real estate consulting, industrial works, surveillance technology, modern infrastructure development, and the supply of genuine and aftermarket automotive parts through our Auto Parts Division.

Our head office is located at 65 Rue Manila, Nukafu, Lomé, Togo. However, we operate across multiple African countries including Ghana, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Mali, Côte d’Ivoire, Nigeria, Senegal, Cameroon, and Niger.

M.A.O & Co. has been delivering engineering, infrastructure, and energy solutions across Africa for over a decade, with landmark projects completed as far back as 2011. Our Auto Parts Division was launched in 2026 as a natural expansion of our commitment to quality supply and client service.

We operate across multiple sectors including renewable energy, civil and industrial infrastructure, real estate, oil and gas, high-tech surveillance and security, and automotive parts supply. Our multidisciplinary approach allows us to serve governments, businesses, industries, and communities across Africa.

Yes. While we are headquartered in West Africa, we have successfully delivered projects and supplied clients across multiple African nations. We welcome enquiries from clients across the continent and beyond.

Services & Enquiries

All service engagements begin with an enquiry. You can submit your request through our website enquiry form, send us an email, or reach out directly via WhatsApp. Our team will review your request and get back to you with the relevant information, proposal, or quotation.

No. M.A.O & Co. does not operate a traditional e-commerce platform. There is no online checkout or payment gateway on our website. All transactions are initiated through an enquiry and finalized offline between our team and the client, through mutually agreed channels.

Our team aims to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours For urgent requests, we recommend reaching out directly via WhatsApp for a faster response.

Once your enquiry is received, our team reviews the details and reaches out to you via your provided contact information either by email or WhatsApp. For service requests, we will discuss your requirements and provide a proposal or quotation. For auto parts requests, we will confirm part availability and provide pricing before proceeding.

No. Submitting an enquiry is an expression of interest only and does not constitute a binding order or agreement. A transaction or project engagement is only initiated after both parties have reviewed, agreed upon, and confirmed the relevant terms.

Auto Parts

Our Auto Parts Division supplies a wide range of genuine and aftermarket parts for cars, SUVs, and commercial vehicles. This includes but is not limited to brake systems, suspension components, body parts, lighting, glass assemblies, wheels, filters, cooling parts, electrical components, and more.

We currently supply parts for a range of popular vehicle brands including Toyota, Honda, and Hyundai, among others. If you do not see your vehicle brand listed, submit an enquiry and our team will assess availability for your specific make and model.

Simply fill out the Auto Parts enquiry form on our website with your vehicle details make, model, year of manufacture and the specific part you need. Alternatively, you can contact us directly via WhatsApp or email with the same information and our team will get back to you with availability and pricing.

By sourcing parts directly and closely from manufacturers, we are able to eliminate unnecessary markups and pass savings of up to 42% below standard market prices directly to our clients without compromising on quality or reliability.

We supply both genuine OEM parts and high-quality aftermarket alternatives depending on availability and client preference. The type of part will always be clearly communicated during the quotation process so you can make an informed decision.

It is the client’s responsibility to confirm that the requested part is compatible with their specific vehicle make, model, year, and variant before confirming an order. Our team is happy to assist where possible, but we strongly recommend cross-referencing part numbers or consulting a qualified mechanic if you are unsure.

Yes. You can include multiple parts in a single enquiry. Simply list all the parts you need along with your vehicle details and our team will provide a consolidated quotation.

Delivery & Shipping

Approved orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days from the date of order confirmation, subject to part availability and your delivery location. Delivery timeframes beyond dispatch will vary depending on your location and the chosen delivery method, which will be communicated at the time of confirmation.

We currently serve clients across West and Central Africa, with primary coverage in Togo, Ghana, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Nigeria, Senegal, and Cameroon. Delivery to other locations may be possible — submit an enquiry and our team will assess the best available option for your location.

Rather than applying a fixed shipping method, our team assesses each order individually based on your city, region, and country, the size and nature of the parts ordered, and the most efficient and cost-effective carriers available in your area. The recommended delivery method and associated costs are communicated before dispatch.

Delivery costs are not fixed and vary based on your location, order size, and chosen delivery method. All costs are clearly communicated and agreed upon with the client before the order is dispatched. We always aim to identify the most cost-effective solution without compromising reliability.

Where available, tracking information will be shared with you once your order has been dispatched. Our team also remains available via WhatsApp and email throughout the delivery process to provide updates and address any concerns.

If your parts arrive damaged or do not match your confirmed order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email. Please include your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photographic or video evidence. Valid claims will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Refunds & Returns

If the incorrect order was the result of inaccurate vehicle information provided at the time of enquiry, we are unfortunately unable to accept a return. This is why we strongly encourage all clients to verify compatibility before confirming an order. If the error was on our end such as an incorrect part being dispatched we will resolve it at no cost to you.

A return will only be considered if the part received is fundamentally different from what was confirmed in the order, arrives in a damaged or defective condition due to a supply or transit fault, or has a verified manufacturing defect identified upon first inspection. Parts that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged through improper handling will not be accepted for return.

All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted outside of this window will not be accepted.

Include your full name, order reference, a description of the issue, and photographic or video evidence. Our team will review your submission and respond within 3 business days.

Once a returned part has been received and inspected, we will issue either a replacement part or a refund depending on the nature of the claim. Refunds are processed through the same payment channel used for the original transaction and are completed within 7 business days of return approval.

No. The Refund & Returns Policy applies exclusively to the Auto Parts Division. All engineering, infrastructure, and energy service engagements are governed by separate project agreements and contractual terms negotiated directly with the client.

Privacy & Data

We collect information necessary to process your enquiry or service request. This may include your full name, phone number, email address, WhatsApp number, company name, location details, and for auto parts enquiries, your vehicle make, model, year, and the specific parts requested.

Your information is used strictly to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations or proposals, coordinate delivery, manage your project or order, and maintain our business records. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

Your information may be shared internally with the relevant team handling your request, or with trusted logistics partners and technical collaborators where necessary to fulfil your order or project. All third parties are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfil your service or order, maintain accurate business records, and comply with applicable legal requirements. Once this period has passed, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.

You can submit a data access or deletion request by contacting us directly via email or WhatsApp. We will respond to all valid requests within a reasonable timeframe. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on your rights.
